Scratch Card – Also known as Instant Lottery Tickets or a Scratch-off Ticket, it is printed card, with some of the printing covered with ink or paint that is scratched off to reveal the information underneath. Scratch Cards are generally used in contests, with wide spread use by lotteries. Tickets generally present a game or promotional contest printed on a card stock, with the game choices or contest result hidden under the paint which is scratched off with a coin or fingernail. Scratch card games usually are designed with bright, flashy colors and images reminiscent of those found on slot machines and pinball games.
