  2. Similar to the Icelandic word plebbi: A pathetic person seeking wealth and fake happiness. A typical "low-life." This term is perfectly described in "Plebbabókin" (The book of pleb) by Icelandic comedian Jón Gnarr.
Etymology: Shortened form of Plebeian, the lower class in ancient Rome.
