noun
  1. A way of speaking Tagalog that reflects the fact that he is not from Metro Manila where the "official" version of the language is spoken.
  2. By extension, a way of speaking a language that betrays one's foreign or rural origin.
Etymology: In the Philippines, a dialect known as Kapampangan is spoken mostly in the provinces of Pampanga (hence the dialect's name), Tarlac, and Bataan. It is intentionally misspelled as "Kapangpangan" to illustrate the commission of grammatical error in Tagalog.
