noun - Criminal defense. A satirical term for any legal strategy or propaganda strategy that seeks to overwhelm its audience with nonsensical arguments, as a way of confusing the audience and drowning out legitimate opposing arguments.
Etymology: The term was first used in the w:South Park, South Park episode "w:Chef Aid, Chef Aid", which originally aired on October 7, 1998, as the fourteenth episode of the second season.
